I sure didn't apply I was a moderator in that post. All I did was imply, and rightfully so, that many of the people he was debating with had been on MBH for many years, and we knew what we were talking about. I don't believe that is a ToS violation. In a post a few posts before that one, I jokingly "nullified" the topic with my "secret mod powers". That is my only moderation on that account. On this account I have one NKL moderation, and on Demonxxeyexxx I have 2 NKLs, one for flaming and one for trolling.To be honest, I would not be surprised if I got banned, simply because SB doesn't seem to much care if I deserve it or not. =/ Old habits do tend to die rather hard. --- Anyone who acts like an idiot on this board gets treated like one. In fact, you know what this reminds me of? This also reminds of me that one time where I got suspended multiple times in one day right after I got axed the first time for vote stuffing and came back with a new account. On the new account I was using (it was a temporary account), I got a Moderator Discretion suspension for something I posted on Board 8. That got overturned by CJayC. Then that same account is suspended again, through a Generated Message. No profile violation was present, so that was overturned. Then my alt account "Applekidluster" (2 month old account with around 20 Karma) was suspended for impersonation (through a Generated Message) for "Applekidjosh". I didn't think that would be overturned, but it was. Finally, I posted on Board 8 in a topic that CJayC had posted in to say something that could be considered trolling against him. I got suspended for trolling, but that ended up being overturned too. Given the right motivation TRC would make a better mod than half of the current ones from what I've seen. He knows the ins and outs of the system and isn't just some yes-man, which is 2 of the problems with most of the mods. Well after reading through this thread, I find it quite interesting, to a point where I can actually laugh at it. Some mods are getting careless in their modding abilities, and you guys are questioning that? Interesting indeed. However I guess I could say that mods have been getting worse since the the 7th Batch. Lucky us? BTW I know what TRC is talking about in his first post, and I can tell you that he did nothing wrong. A post can have any level of punishment applied to it for any of the available reasons. Although the underage one was actually a joke moderation and not a moderation due to breaking the TOU. --- How can we put out a fire that can burn up the stars? |

I haven't seen that happen in a long time. Usually it use to happen on CE when users would break the TOS in a suicide topic knowing it would be deleted and they couldn't be punished.
