I wonder if he knows hand sanitizer can become toxic very quickly. I have a thing of hand sanitizer at home and it contains ethanol in a concentration of 62%. That's higher than most alcoholic drinks. My parents have a bottle of Smirnoff at home and the bottle says 40% for the concentration on it. Smirnoff is a form of vodka (as said on the bottle).
